Meringues are egg white confections often flavoured with vanilla and a small amount of almond or other flavors. They are light, airy and sweet confections. These homemade meringues are often chewy and soft with a crisp exterior. Comes in Vanilla, Mint, Raspberry, Almond, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint or any variation of flavors with an added bit of heat from the Lazzaro Pepper Oil.
